Held at Builth Wells Showground amidst sunshine, gales and blizzards, the Wye Valley Charity Stages rally was won by Ian Evans in his Vauxhall Nova, despite having to push the car over the finish line when the engine died on the last corner of the event. Gary Thomas finished in second place with Pete Buckle in third.
